How do I reserve my wedding date?
To hold items for your wedding date requires: a completed order form a signed contract and a deposit equal to 25%.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to event date.
When will my items be delivered and set-up?
Ceremony items will be set-up approximately 2 hours prior to ceremony start time, and will be picked up 1 to 2 hours after conclusion of the ceremony. Reception items will be set up approximately 2 hours prior to start time and picked up no later than midnight. There is a charge for most deliveries.
Is there a fee for delivery and set up and pick up?
There are delivery and pick up fees that depend on the details of when and where. We can discuss and quote prices and times. We do not pick up and return other companies rentals. Set up fees are negotiable again depending on your needs. Pick up charges will apply depending on when the venue will let us pick up.
