Wedding Possibilities CONTRACT - TERMS & CONDITIONSReserving rentals, decor items or floral designs will be reserved upon receipt of a signed invoice and a deposit of 25% of total charges or a monthly payment stated on the invoices.This deposit is non refundable after the date has been held 30 days or more. The client must provide Possibilities by Potted People with final count 21 days prior to the event at which time a final invoice with balance due will be provided. CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENTS:A valid credit card is required to open an account, all information must be included and signature filled out at location on bottom of this rental contract. Charges billed to the credit card will consist of missing or damaged items or charges left unpaid after 10 days of event. A detailed invoice of those charges and copy of receipt will be mailed to you after the event. Client hereby authorizes Wedding Possibilities to charge this credit card for deposits. payment and damages.MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Items not returned within 3 business days after event are considered missing. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the credit card at replacement cost. A detailed invoice of these items will be provided to client. Please inform your helpers not to blow out candles as this spreads the wax and burns the fabric. Chair Covers replacement Is $12.00, tablecloths, $20.00 for instance. Please advise your helpers and the venue That candle wax damage will be considered non reversible and will incur a fee. Also, Please make sure that wet linen is not put into a plastic bag, The entire bag may mildew.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due 21 days prior to event,. No orders will be scheduled for delivery until full payment is received. A $25.00 charge will be added to your account each time the order is changed within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery. In the case where a balance due is unpaid past 30 days, client agrees to pay an interest charge of 1% per month on the outstanding balance.You give your permission to Wedding Possibilities to charge this card for any additional items that occur after final payment has been paid. This is to include verbal additions. SITE PREPARATION: Please be sure your site is ready prior to the scheduled time of arrival. If the site is not ready or accessible when the delivery arrives client will incur an additional fee of $100.00 per hour. We will advise you of the estimated time Needed for set up and will expect that the venue has been advised of that time and that payment has been paid to the venue to facilitate our request.
CANDLES: All candles to be purchased by client and provided to Possibilities by Potted People upon delivery arrival. This included votive candles.DELIVERY & SET UP: Wedding Possibilities will strive to accommodate clients delivery request; however, delays and changes in the schedule are sometimes unavoidable. We try to communicate any scheduling changes as they occur. All items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location. The client must be available to count all items upon delivery and pickup; otherwise WEDDING POSSIBILITIES counts will be considered accurate. There is an additional charge for delivery over 20 miles. Also, there is a delivery charge of $1.00 per mile for orders less than $500.00. Please ask for delivery quote from your Sales Professional with Possibilities. If we can pick up the items The day after the event the fee will be included in the delivery fee. Should we have to pick up the same day as the event the charge will be $100.00. PREPARATION FOR PICKUP:All floral arrangements and decorations of any kind should be removed and placed in one location prearranged by client and Wedding Possibilities . There will be an additional charge for any items that have to be removed. If we are doing the set up this would not apply.SUMMARY: RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EQUIPMENT REMAINS WITH THE CLIENT FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO THE TIME OF PICKUP. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather. All collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any expense involved in the collections of rental charges will be the client's responsibility. Be sure all equipment is returned according to these TERMS & CONDITIONS. The client is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of failure to meet these conditions.
